Heatmiser UK Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy when using any of services and we appreciate that you do not want the personal information you provide to us distributed indiscriminately. Here we explain how we collect information through the neoApp, what we do with it and what controls you have.

What data do we collect?

When you open an account, you need to enter your email address. Your email address is stored on our server and is associated with any neoHubs that you register on your account. Heatmiser do not store historic data from your system and we do not know or store your location.

With whom is the information shared?

We do not share any of your personal data with any company or persons.

Security

Heatmiser UK places a great importance on the security of all personally identifiable information associated with our clients and contacts. We do our utmost to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of client and contact data under our control. Heatmiser automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your neoApp to our server using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Where is the information stored

All information which you submit via this website is sent to and stored on a computer located on Amazon Web Services in the United States. This is necessary in order to process the information and to send you the information you have requested. In compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) Amazon Web Services have obtained approval from EU data protection authorities, known as the Article 29 Working Party, of the AWS Data Processing Addendum and Model Clauses to enable transfer of data outside Europe, including to the U.S.
