7 day Programmable Thermostat vs 5/2 Day Programmable Thermostat

Many thermostats work on a basis known as 5/2 day. This simply means that the time and temperature levels for the weekdays are the same whilst the weekend is different. This method is perfect for those that work the same pattern each week as the programming method is simplified.

For those with changing shift patterns, a 7 day programmable thermostat is a better choice.
A 7 day programmable thermostat allows for different time and temperature levels for each day of the week.
