We bought one of your touch screen thermostats, and we are very happy. We had one that wasn't working before, and we were always either far too hot, or far too cold. Now we are comfortable. My other half is especially pleased, as the heat was really getting to him.
Have noticed the boiler not working anywhere near as hard, so probably already saved enough in oil to cover thermostat price.
It is easy to set, and have no problems with it.

I am writing to thank, and congratulate you and your staff on your excellent customer service.
When I first bought your product almost a year ago, it was because I was able to have a detailed and frank discussion with your technical staff.
This straight away gave me the confidence that the product I was about to buy was not cobbled together in some Chinese factory with little or no UK backup.
The item has not let me down once in the almost year I have been operating it which nowadays is getting harder to achieve.
Unfortunately when it did go wrong I initially contacted your "live help", and then was pointed in the direction of your support staff.
This is normally where the problems start, however for a delightful change I was asked to confirm my details and issued a return to manufacture number.
The item was sent on Friday and today Tuesday a new controller was received, this is an excellent way to operate your business.
I come away from this episode as a promoter of your wares, if I know of anyone requiring equipment you sell my first recommendation would be yours.

Fantastic product & easy to install. Telephone technical support first class operators know what they’re talking about and able to give good advice.
I have already spoken to others to recommend as whilst a lot of similar products on the market I would say this is a notch above and when you add the service given puts some clear blue water between you & the competition.

I am very happy with my purchase, and would like to commend you on the clear way your site helped me to make the correct choice of terminal output. One of the main reasons I chose to buy from heatmiser, rather than your competitors, was the confidence I had that I was buying the correct product.
Installation was clearly explained in the accompanying documentation, and allowed me to swap out my existing control with ease.
I would be happy to recommend both the heatmiser web site and products based on my experience.

Thank you for your note. Yes, I received the thermostat and its been installed. It is a great improvement on the mechanical one I replaced. I am yet to use it as the central heating is not yet on. I was impressed with the speed at which my order was dealt with and the thermostat arrived it good condition.
