£96.00 (including VAT)
Part Number:
Heatmiser UH1

Product Description

The Heatmiser UH1 is our central wiring switch box designed to be used with our 12v network thermostats. The UH1 offers the following functionality;

  • Central wiring to up to 8 zone actuators
  • Output for under-floor heating valve and pump activated when any thermostat calls for heat
  • Works with our low voltage thermostats.
  • Output for a single radiator zone
  • Output for domestic hot water
  • Low voltage wiring to thermostats.
  • Network connection to Touchpad, Netmonitor, TR2, PCLink
  • Actuator outputs: 240V

Product Questions

  1. Connecting 2 UH1's

Posted by Unknown on 26th Jul 2010

Q - If you connect 2 UH1's together, Is it possible to have 1 hw controller connecting to each UH1 but only 1 of the UH1's connected with the DHW connected. if there was demand from the other UH1 would this be relayed to the UH1 that has the DHW connected?

A - The hotwater would be controlled by the timer connected to that particular UH1 only, the signal would not be sent to other UH1's via the network link.

  2. Does the UH1 provide a 12V supply?

Posted by Nick Earle on 13th Jul 2010

Q - Does the UH1 incorporate a 12 Volt powers supply unit supply power to the Network Thermostats or is it necessary to purchase a separate 12V power supply unit?

A - You would provide the UH1 with 230v to power the board, this would then give you the 12v needed to power upto 8 thermostats. There is no need for any additional 12v power supply.

  3. uh1 fuse sizes

Posted by Unknown on 11th Jul 2010

Q: what size fuse is needed for fuse 4

    A: 800mA

  4. Actuator Rating

Posted by Unknown on 24th May 2010

Q:What is the Current rating for the actuator outputs?
A: The total rating for all the outputs is 5A

  5. Can it be used just to control radiators

Posted by Jim on 6th Apr 2010

Q: From your demonstration video I can see you have a UH1 upstairs controling the radiators. Can I have one of these just to control 8 radiator zones and not use under floor heating.

A: Yes that would work fine. In your case you wouldn't need the UFH pump or valve output.

  6. ufh valve output voltage

Posted by Unknown on 20th Feb 2010

Q: Whats the valve output voltage? Is it variable to match demand?

    A: The output is 230v

  7. switch circuit ratings

Posted by Andy on 13th Aug 2009

Q What is the maximum output current from the hot water valve or pump output

    A: 2A

Q: What is the maximum output current from the heating pump output

    A: 2A

Q What is the switch rating of the boiler control output
    A: 3A 230v

Total load for the UH1 cannot exceed 5A

  8. Dimensions of the UH1

Posted by Mitch on 5th Aug 2009

Q: I have ordered 2 uh1's from you to which I am awaiting arrival. For my mounting requirements,
can you please supply the dimensions of the uh1.

    A: The UH1 is 290mm x 220 x 75mm (L,H,D)
