You are able to give each thermostat a name allowing you to easily identify each thermostat on the network.
Remotely program the comfort levels of all network thermostats from one central point and copy program settings from one thermostat to another across the network.

Q: Can the touchpad operate as a thermostat as well as controlling the other thermostats.
A: No, the touchpad is only a central access point for the thermostats on the system and cannot act as a stat itself.

Q: What kind of network is it? Is it a standard protocol that I can look up or a proprietary one?

Q:What kind of cable do I need to put in the walls?
A:Screened CAT5 or Belden 9538
Q:Where should the cable run - from each thermostat to the local manifold or to the touchpad controller?
A:Back to the UH1
Q: How is the network powered?
A: 12v from the UH1 down the CAT5
Q: What information is carried by the network? Is it only setup or does it include real time on/off signals?
A: All thermostat settings, as detailed in the protocol document.

Q: What size of backbox is required for touchpad controller
A: A standard electrical back box of 25mm is fine for the Touchpad.
