Q - How does the unit avoid switching on a fan very frequently. is there a range: eg you set 20 and it turns on at 21 and off at 19?
A - In cooling mode, when the room-temperature is higher than set-point, the cooling
valve will be opened. Otherwise it will be closed. Heating valve is always closed.
In heating, When the room temperature is lower than set-point, the heating valve will

Q1, Would this thermostat be compatable with a Hydor Hit Centrifugal 3 speed fan?
A: Providing the fan requires 230volt switch live input I can't see any incompatibility issues.
Q2, Could the thermstat be wired so the fan ran on low constantly and increaed to med/high as and when the temperature rose?
A: The 3 speed fan is manually selected only.
