The Heatmiser TR2 is our Telephone Remote system designed to work with our low voltage heating thermostats.

From any phone, anywhere, you can ...

• Allows you to adjust the desired temperature in up to 32 rooms *

(*Heatmiser thermostat required in each room)

"Read-back Request Feature"  This feature allows you to request status information from your TR2. The status information is read back to you ... for example "The set temperature is now 22"

From every room with a Heatmiser thermostat fitted, you can request...

• The set temperature
• The actual room temperature
• The heat status
• The hot water status
• The Auxiliary Device status

Distinctive Ring Facility  The TR2 supports distinctive ring. This is marketed under a variety of names, but is primarily a function that offers additional telephone numbers on the same line.  

CallSign, from BT for example, provides you with an additional telephone number on the same line. This number has a different ring pattern from your normal number and this pattern can be detected by the TR2 meaning that you can have an answering machine* on the same line as the TR2.

 *Note: Your other telephone equipment must also support Distinctive Ring. If they don’t, you can purchase a BT product “BT TwinTalk” which will provide this function.
